Rebelline Davide dari Kuwait-Cartucho Cycling Team keluar sebagai juara dalam kategori individu di etape pertama International Tour de Banyuwangi Ijen (ITdBI) 2017.

Pembalap asal Italia ini juga menyabet yellow jersey (individual general classification by time), green jersey (best sprinters) dan red polkadot jersey (best climber).
